We knew we needed more room but there wasn't a lot on the market and the neighborhoods that would work for us were limited. We took the leap and listed our house with Michelle, during a pandemic no less. What were we thinking! Well, Michelle has us on the market within 4 days and sold our house within the next 3 days! I panicked a little (ok a lot!) because we really had no plan and the one house I thought was my dream house turned out not to be. What now? Michelle said, "Don't worry, I will find you a house, just wait for the magic to happen. " The magic happen a week later. Michelle was encouraging, answered our texts at any time of the day or night, and guided us through the entire process. She even managed to negotiate a free 1-month rent back so we could do some updates to our new home before we moved in. She has a booming business but always made time for us and made us feel like a priority. She found our free moving boxes and even after escrow closed she kept checking in. She dropped off a beautiful housewarming gift and then stayed and helped unpack. We knew she was truly happy and excited for us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Michelle has exceeded our expectations and is one of the kindest most genuine people we know. We highly recommend having her help you buy and sell your home. When we saw our listing we were blown away! Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We received 3 offers in 24 hours for full price! Michelle is very well connected within the real estate community and had buyers lined up to see the house within hours of listing it. She then went to work on finding our next dream home. It was stressful, but Michelle made it easy by working hard and always being there for us. We chose Michelle over other realtors we interviewed because she was personable and told us what she would do for us right from the start. She didn't wait for us to ask! The other three realtors we interviewed did not take the initiative as Michelle did. Once we chose Michelle to sell our home, she assessed what changes/updates in our home would catch potential buyers' attention and addressed these things immediately. She went to Home Depot to buy fans, suggested other repairs, and arranged for staging. Before each show, she would go to our vacant home and prepare the house for the potential buyers by lighting candles, turning on lights, and airing out the home. Michelle's communication style is direct, kind, and frequent. We know she was juggling several listings but we always felt that we were a priority. She is also very genuine, honest, and energetic (just the right amount). I would highly recommend Michelle as a realtor who is honest and a pleasure to work with when selling or buying a home!

When your close friend (who doesn't really want you to move) listens to you so carefully that she manages to find your fixer-upper dream house even though you're not actively looking and it's not even on the market. you know she's amazing at her job. When she lines up contractors to evaluate said fixer-upper, you know she's amazing. When she sells your house in 3 days for the asking price, you know she's amazing. When she gets you boxes, schedules the various contractors, negotiates and navigates relentlessly through the ups and downs, brings you meals, drives you back and forth, and even picks your kids up from school. you know she's amazing. I can't recall the last time I've posted an opinion on anything on social media but the past month moves far past my opinion and she deserves every bit of this uncharacteristic shout-out.
